HPCF is 100% funded by grants and donations. Without donations we are unable to continue the work we do to address the unmet needs of hospice and palliative care patients that insurance does not cover. Our programs benefit hospice patients that reside in South Carolina. We are an independent organization and not associated with a particular hospice or palliative care agency. Each of our programs address the specific needs of patients. Whether it is installing a wheelchair ramp, paying for groceries, assisting with rent, or helping to pay for a funeral expenses, we are always willing to do our best to meet the needs of patients and their families.
