In 2019, our founders began a path to offer families of hospice patients an opportunity to give back when monetary donations were not possible. When a hospice patient passes away, they leave behind more than precious memories. Loved ones and family members are left with the decision of what to do with their clothes, furniture, and other tangible items. By providing an outlet for these loved ones and family members, through our thrift store, we can take slightly used items for resell. Proceeds from our thrift store operations help to fund our programs and reach more patients across South Carolina. Proceeds also help to bridge the gap between grants and monetary donations when giving is down.
