We would like you to get to know Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation's website.  Individually and as a community, so much can be done to improve the quality of life for those with acute illnesses. As a loved one nears the end of their life, we want nothing more than to provide the best comfort and care possible. That’s where Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation can help.

Our foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, created to assist family members with the needs of their loved ones. For 10 years, we have been dedicated to providing specialized end-of-life care for adults and children with different types of life-threatening illnesses, as well as support services for their family members.
