Our Mission

The Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation has been established to provide assistance to individuals who are challenged by incurable illnesses. Assistance from the foundation may include financial help to those who are unable to pay for medications and other critical unfunded expenses.  The Foundation is also active in educating the public of the needs and care of hospice and palliative care patients.  The Foundation also provides support and assistance to bereaved and grieving family members through funding for bereavement camps, support groups and educational materials.
